How I can contribute to a more just world today is by harvesting a spreading kindness to those around me. Kindness spreads like a ripple effect and if there was more of it, the world would not be so cold.
Grace is a state of peace
Something that my body is asking for or needing right now is exercise for multiple different benefits it has to offer. I would like to not only lose weight but be happier as well which exercising can help with!
Feelings that I have the are awaiting honest exploration and acceptance it my feeling of anxiety. I honestly need to explore my struggle with anxiety and work on coping mechanism. After doing this I feel as if I will better be able to accept the fact that I anxiety to the extent in which I do and be able to fully accept it.
Someone who makes me feel calm and grounded is my mother. She always knows exactly how to soothe whatever has upset me, scared me, or saddened me and provides exceptional advice. She never does not have time for me and will pause her T.V. show 100 times in one night to listen to the one sentence I need to tell her. I love my mom.
