Gratefulness
The light of the spirit; the peace that surpasses all understanding.
There is no question the Holy Spirit sustains me. When my husband died I was suicidal, full of fear and completely void of all hope. God did for me what I could not do for myself. He continues to provide me with a peace that surpasses all understanding. I must continue to seek Him to receive this peace.

Being honest and full of integrity breeds much peace. Lies and deceit brings guilt and shame, life depleting. I choose to live in the former. ☀️?

To please stop eating all these Christmas cookies! ?
When I see others going through trials and tribulations similar to what I’ve experienced, I am especially grateful. I am able to help people by relaying how I was able to get to the other side. The death of my husband, a job loss, cancer diagnosis…forever grateful I can help other people, and give them hope.
For me , darkness equals fear. Once I define what I’m afraid of, I’m better prepared to get into the solution and move out of the darkness into the light of the spirit.
By not being present.
That God is good, his steadfast love endures forever.
At times I tend to project negative outcomes. I’m surprised by joy when the opposite happens.
Amen Patti! This is what God intends for us. Thank you for spreading His joy.
I agree Carla. Old ideas aren’t always valuable, in my experience. ?
