Gratefulness
I have learned that I love yoga and that I can take what I have learned on the mat, off the mat and use it in my daily life. For example, when I start to feel anxious I know that I can control my breath and feel at ease once again.
Hi, I’m new here. So I guess I will introduce myself. My name is Sara. I am a Mom, wife, daughter, granddaughter, friend and soul. I have one daughter who is a senior in high school. I have 4 cats, 1 dog and two fish tanks. My 93 year old Nana lives with my family. I also love yoga and have a daily practice. I like to cook and bake, my husband thinks he lives in a bakery sometimes. I am working on myself by going to therapy for past traumas. I am looking forward to sharing my everyday m...

I would like to continue to grow in my daily yoga practice. Eventually I would like to get my yoga teacher training certificate.
Having a cup of sweet coffee first thing in the morning. Eating a healthy meal, drinking water. Doing my daily yoga practice. Taking a nice hot bath. Watching a good tv show with my husband. Taking a walk. Listening to music. Washing my hair. Washing my face first thing in the morning, then washing the day away before bed. Reading a good book. Preparing a home cooked meal for my family.
