Gratefulness
How I care for and honor myself is how I can best love not only myself, but the world. I work on my inner world, so I can be my best for the outside world.
I have learned that I love yoga and that I can take what I have learned on the mat, off the mat and use it in my daily life. For example, when I start to feel anxious I know that I can control my breath and feel at ease once again.
I would like to continue to grow in my daily yoga practice. Eventually I would like to get my yoga teacher training certificate.
Having a cup of sweet coffee first thing in the morning. Eating a healthy meal, drinking water. Doing my daily yoga practice. Taking a nice hot bath. Watching a good tv show with my husband.
