Peace and Harmony
simply and slowly start doing the 3Rs. it’s as simple as that. and try to get your neighbors and friends involved. if you can make your little spot green and get friends and neighbors to do the same and encourage them to spread awareness too then it will all add up, eventually
everyone you meet, whether you already know them or if later on in your life you will meet them. everyone you pass daily, everyone around you, the whole world is waiting for you to be kind to them
the knowledge that you are never alone, someone is always with you, even if you can’t physically see them
that to be strong, you have to have the power to push away the insults of others. I also know that if you let insults rule your life, you will become like a skeleton, the only thing that will register is the insults
I have been “calling” my friend too. she broke herself away as well and now only has two friends. me and one other. I hope to open her up to more of my friends. you are like me, Anna. we are never alone
