Gratitude and loving kindness go hand in hand. My daily intention: How can I show more gratitude and loving kindness daily?
I can celebrate a short run this morning. It has been hard lately, but I did it. I can celebrate 2 nights without pain meds and hope that I will be feeling more energetic soon.
I will continue to the excellent work of others. I will strive to improve on that work, if need be. I will be progressive in my thinking and move things forward for the good of all concerned. I will remain open and curious.
Coming back to work after being gone for two weeks, could be stressful if I didn’t have so much gratefulness for my staff and their capacity to manage everything. Compassion shows up in allowing things to not be perfect.
I feel generous when I’m truly present. I am giving of myself.
Thank you for this insight. I’ve often felt this, but could quite put it to words.
