This was such an honor to be with others as we individually used our voices to harmonize with the group.. My prayer is that we can each offer what we have from our hearts and voices to help this world heal.
I was part of a pilot study for female clergy after retirement. The investigator just sent me a pack of photographed note cards with sunflowers on them. She mentioned that they can remind us of how the sunflowers stand tall in the face of life’s transitions. This gift was not only a surprise but a great reminder to keep my posture straight as I age both spiritually and physically.
So proud of you, Sarah! I can only imagine what this journey has been for you. Because of your courage and discipline, you have affected not only yourself, your children, but all the people they will also come in contact with in their wonderful lives. I hope you affirm yourself more than once a day.
