I will meet with my therapist today, when I hope to communicate authenticity as a value.
Reading daily meditations published by my faith tradition the first thing when waking, loving my husband for the kindness he brings into my life and appreciating nature anchors me amidst life storms.
At 51, living in recovery, I am finally experiencing a healthy balance between work and love.
I experience forgiveness from my husband when I have broken commitments by his embracing sacrifice of his goals/expectations so that through negotiation and conversation, and love, we continue the give and take of our life together.
I am most alive when I’m making deep connections with other human beings or my Australian cattle dog, silently or aloud. Typically this happens while walking outside, so that movement of our bodies lends itself to movement of the conversation or other form of connectedness..
