Today was my first day that I consciously entered and started my gratitude journal because of the advice of a life coach Nadine Lewis. I am happy and excited that I will be gaining the understanding on how keeping a gratitude journal works and I am happy to see the benefits this brings me. I am grateful I found this online service and this makes me extremely happy. I will need to selfcare with journaling, gratitude entries and meditation. ~SB FROM NYC
