One who is eager and determined
Would be filled with awareness
One whose mind is not tied up with sensuality
Is said to be heading upstream
Holding my breath.. 🙂
My lack of discipline.
I believe understanding stems from tranquility. So it is by cultivating tranquility that I intend to cultivate greater understanding.
After a few difficult months, I am reading more books than ever before 🙂 Already on my fifth book this year! 🙂
When time feels abundant, I tend to take proper care of myself.
Maybe Khatia Buniatishvili? 🙂 (I thought she was merely an excellent pianist, but after hearing her play Sergei Rachmaninoff’s third piano concerto, I think she’s phenomenal, and the criticism levied against her silly.)

I am at my friend’s place, I am grateful for her amazing hospitality. I also feel (a little bit) grateful toward myself for reconnecting with gratefulness practice and meditation. And also toward my friends for their warmth and kindness.
It has been a long time since I have felt that tingling feeling of gratefulness in my heart. Self-care and love is what I need to get back there.
