Gratefulness
My body and my attentiveness help me. My body alerts me to something. Then I do ‘focusing’. I follow the impressions in my mind and let them morph into other forms in imagination and I ask, at interval: what are you saying to me?. I listen to bodies response and my emotional state. it usually leads to peace.
I marvel, this morning, at the central aspect of breath. Water and food we can do without for a while but breath, we can do without for only a few minutes and all the other systems of the body revolve around it. I feel such gratitude for this breath.
