Today. When i thought I would wake up sad once again, I decided to put faith on the day.
LIFE. And everything beautiful in it.
I recently had an anxiety attack and what made me feel better was just to cry it all out. Sometimes we need to release that stress in order to feel normal again. I would highly suggest it.

by being kind to my mind body and spirit. Through therapy, exercise and prayer.
My mom. She can be tired from work, but she still manages to put a smile on everyone’s face. She always treats people kindly.
My parents loving me no matter how many mistakes i make.
By being my best self.
