My body is attempting to wake up. Enjoying my cup of coffee, my eyes water and need a tissue as I start looking at the bright computer screen.
“simple elegance or refinement of movement.” – dictionary definition. I think of dancers …. I also think it goes along with dignity, having grace and dignity.
Self forgiveness … learning to not have negative self talk… it’s a daily effort.
