Some of our “weeds” have been put there by other people hurting us. We then have to learn to live with the various hurts, somehow, withouth giving in to the negative thoughts that they can give rise to. This can be a great personal challenge but there is help to be had, and we also can learn to get better at making choices that are good both for us and for those we live and work with.
