Gratefulness
A good space thank you To encourage grateful hearts Thank you for the gift
New haiku habit Turns eyes from busy road to cherry Blossom glory- joy comes
A day of prayer no time to articulate God’s gifted silence
Sun on stained glass Rainbow cast on old stone walls I dream of fruit sweets
Midnight light stillness mist over water silences minds Divine presence known
Tender cutting grows survives blast of icy frost A lesson in hope
Golden Retriever Jogs joyously through the grass Spring in his old paws
The second one captures that post presence silence beautifully
Powerful. I particularly like the last one which suggests that in your waiting you had reached a good place. Hope your brother is healing
I like the fact that haiku may describe a fleeting event but contains a more abiding truth that can be relished again and again
