Gratefulness
I think what awakens me is to see this world need so much help and that is what I like to do, give my time to and care to my Family, friends and people in need.
Where I live is a blessing because I feel safe, I have my family and friends support when is need it. Im lucky to live in Vancouver close by the water and mountains too.
Living wholeheartedly for me is enjoy the present by being positive, and trying to be a good person
Trying to be kind, respectful, caring and safe !!!
I have to take care of it and listen to my body when is down and remind myself to be gentle and do exercises, give my body good nutritions.
The positive thing would be to grow as a person and recognize my mistakes. If I’m sad to see how to be happy without holding grudges and having the ability to get up when I’m down and love myself so I can love again.
Vancouver,B.C its a beautiful and safe place to leave surrounded by mountain and ocean. We respect each other . We have a lot of rain but when the sun shine it’s a magic place. Im thankful and proud to be Canadian.
Life is precious and we give it for granted, if I feel down, get up and if I’m happy pass it on to who need it.
I would change the day I lost my sister and take away her pain knowing that it was a reason why she left us.
My daughter, she think and act with her heart, she is gentle and help so many people in need and struggling in life. She give me strength, support and so much Love.
