I am more grateful than I ever knew a year ago, for all the technology I have been using to help me benefit from my life staying in the home.
I was the Ladies World Conker Champion 2002-2003! Sadly only Brits and a very few others know what conkers are or what the game entails, or I might have been world famous!
I grew up in London and since then have lived in a dozen different places, including in Italy, for the last five years in leafy Sussex not far from the sea. I have learned that home is not in a building or a county or a country, but it is where I stay with a person or people I love.
Thank you so much for these inspiring practices. I am trying to be mindful of gratitude for all the people in my life, past, present, and future., and to keep aware that all the people I have known have been my teachers.
Doesn’t everybody talk to their pet??? I have conversations all day long with my cat. He doesn’t reply much but he often sits and listens intently. Sometimes he offers a comment, but sadly I don’t always understand. Perhaps your dog is considering her proper answer!
