noises within and out
while centering my prayer
just let them float on
hints of green and rose
spring slowly announces her presence
and we are blessed
alone, all one, me
thunder heard in the distance
I have company

I have been reflecting on wholeheartedness for a few months and see the word as a “hole” into which I may fall. I also see it as “holy”, knowing there is Someone to catch me. It gives me pause to consider myself as a two-sided coin – fearful and grateful. Sharing these ideas in my journal is easy; sharing them with friends and family is not. Thanks for the opportunity to share with kindred spirits!
This is what I meant, too. Falling into the hole, as I journey toward wholeness, searching for what is missing, lost. “Coming home to a place I never should have left.”
