Gratefulness
Learn to say no when I do not want to do something & not feel guilty.
I sent a photo of an Osprey sitting on her eggs to two wonderful friends, who ride bikes and walk at the same park. Like clock work the Osprey return year in and year out to same huge nest!
A great example of rethinking. Made me chuckle because I bought an expensive garbage truck & Tee shirt(my favorite day is garbage day) for 2 year old grandson. The men on the truck gave my grandson a small trash can on his BDay. The trash men smile, the children are delighted. Thus a positive spin on trash.
