somehow turning 80 has unexpectedly opened me to a world of wonder, non judgement and even open heartedness….even towards myself. The critical thoughts, sad memories, seem to dissipate like clouds…nothing solid to hold on to…there are painful relationships but even there, nothing solid…..all open for grace?……if this is aging I cannot recommend I highly enough.
