Kit

I scheduled in time to do grounding breaths, write in my gratitude journal, and send gratitude to friends/coworkers into my work day. This allows me time to slow down and honor the little things. It has made a huge difference in my day-to-day bustle. I feel a soothing warmth in my chest while I write gratitudes. I feel my shoulders relax and my mind settle when I take 3 slow, deep breaths. I feel love for my friends. It sounds simple, but it feels powerful.
