Gratefulness
My family – I have been so blessed to have a loving, stable family with great parents who have encouraged and supported me always. My hope, good heart and perseverance have also remained intact so matter what I’ve been through. Especially in these times, I am grateful for my job.
This is one that i struggle with sometimes. I find I can be a bit of a ‘people pleaser’ and at times it can be difficult to always act in ways that are congruent to my innermost values since I don’t want to be seem as ‘difficult’. I am striving to find my voice and say no or speak up when things are not in line with my values or suggest alternatives. Does this resonate for anyone else?
Oh, I also donated to a charity today. It has been a hard year for everyone and I know I am fortunate so doing what I can to give back.
Today I am sending hope and prayers to those around the world who are suffering, especially those who have been impacted by the recent acts of terrorism.
I will show my appreciation for the ones I love and smile at strangers where I can.
Yes totally hear you. I am also very much like you – sometimes we have to remember to breathe and be present <3
Hehe love it
