I can contribute to the great fullness of life by counting my blessings daily. I touch my legs and my hands and thank them for helping me walk all the miles to work, carry and lift things without really asking anyone for help. It is indeed amazing how much we take things for granted not until we loose them. Imagine how many places your legs have taken you to since you started walking and how many things you have done with your hands from childhood. Finally, works of compassion, forgiveness, selflessness, love and kindness are my greatest contributions to great fullness of life.

When I hear about friends, colleagues and family members dying in their very young age without any history of sickness, I cannot but begin to treasure this life of vanity. And when i think about coming close to dying in a lake, I begin to treasure this life of nothingness.
