Gratefulness
About as vital as air.
I have energy in abundance. I can share this energy with others.
Because it means that time is limited. Therefore time is precious. It is rare and fragile….it is a gift.
Myself. Solitude. The truth that I don’t need someone else to to complete me. That with my higher power I am already more than. Enough. I can. I will. I just.
By looking back and seeing all the things that I once thought would break me or be a problem and realize that I am here now…inspite of what I once thought would take me out.
I take my bosses for granted. Continue to work on myself, focus on others and not myself. Get rid of the “I” and embrace the “We”
Random Acts of Kindness
Awareness
I believe that I can best love the world by being my truest most genuine self. If I am the best that I can be I can maximize my service to others. And it is through service and that you show love. What is more precious than time?
It can lead us to bless others and make them feel be better by giving us a chance to let them know in that moment that we are thinking of them and that we appreciate them. If I feel grateful in any moment I can reach out to him or her or them and let them know….or I can say thank you in that moment….relish that feeling
What I once seen as a curse or weakness is now seen as opportunity to help others
My purpose.
My gratitude. My relationship with others. My connection with my higher power.
I have become less selfish monetarily and due to tat others are able to benefit.
procrastination
By asking questions and listening. By watching and keeping my mouth closed
Being aware of my own flaws. Looking at things from their perspective. The serenity prayer
Because my thoughts directly effect my reality. So those things I think and learn today will show up in my life tomorrow.
By practising meditation. Through out the day pausing to breathe
The feeling that someone life will be better because of it.
I am grateful for the word no. I want what I want when I want it. But being told no, when I reflect and consider, is sometimes the best answer. I am thankful for delayed gratification.
