Gratefulness
I am using this with my music classes. What a wonderful lesson during this time.
During my meditation yesterday the teacher reminded us that part of beginning again was a willingness to sense everything anew. “Even Breathing” she added.
Need some help with this one. A few days ago I listened to Krista Tippett interview TA-NEHISI COATES. In the context of that interview, to say that scarcity only exists in our minds – as a white person in this country who has benefitted from the enslavement of people – this sounds like white privilege to me.
Any thoughts?
