I am new to this journey, but so excited to have this amazing space to explore gratitude!
I have actually been really close to my family and friends during this time. Today both my mom and best friend called me and it was so great to hear from them and give and receive loving energy between us.
I draw my strength from God. I draw wisdom from all that He has provided for us on this Earth. I draw strength from knowing that I am a wonderful creation who is capable of great things and learning about the seen and unseen that can expand my knowledge and spiritual self.
I met one of my very best friends at a music festival in Ottawa. We all had the best time and the next weekend she came to visit us ! We have now been friends for 20 years and I am so grateful for her friendship. We can share anything and everything and it is definitely one of my most profound connections in life!
Shame and Guilt. I tend to get down on myself when I don’t meet the expectations that I have for myself, which to be honest, are usually pretty high. I need to honestly explore these feelings and work on accepting and letting go of what I can change and take small steps to change what I can.
