Gratefulness
Complaining digs us deeper into our emotional ruts. Humor, compassion, forgiveness, and gratitude are the 4-wheel drive of the joyful heart.
The pattern is primary. Where does this optimism originate? More often than not, it’s situational and depends on something external. It’s triggered by environmental factors or we hope for an outcome that we may or may not have control or influence over. I can say definitively, though, that our expectations and our attitudes towards them do factor into the energies that underlie physical manifestation.
Go Nats!!
Would you prefer to be a super citizen of an average world? Or would you rather be an average citizen of a super world?
Very lucid dreams states as of late – places and situations that are more vivid and compelling than our shared objectivity. Very lucid dreams states as of late – places and situations that are more vivid and compelling than our shared objectivity. Within them, our environment recovers and life and liberty thrive in what appears to be a context of “post-economic apocalypse”. Everything that is expensive to maintain (skyscrapers, highway systems, empires, etc) wind down like an old clock that no one cares to turn the crank on any longer to pursue their own interests and, yet, people share an unprecedented level of mutual trust and respect that money serves as a surrogate for. I realize that I’m dreaming. “I’m dreaming. . . right now!” I feel like I should attempt something truly amazing but end up doing something like picking up litter.
In my day-to-day, I frequently ask myself, “If I were dreaming now, what would this current situation mean on a symbolic level?” This inquiry has opened up a lot of insight into why challenging things happen and why people act the way they do.
What is the difference between a memory and a dream? Each is equally personal, equally subjective, and equally unreal. Beyond the possibility of corroboration, both are equally real. Toward the end, the events of our lives will increasingly be memories which is to say that our time in the magnificent Now is the Dreamtime.
That moment, usually just before some catastrophic mishap, when fear is replaced by a presence of the peculiar calmness of flow consciousness. Time seems to stop and all the senses become unified in absolute clarity. I believe the Masters refer to this state as Zen.
Success comes by way of running the gauntlet of failure; fail, fail again, fail often, fail harder. In fact the only mistake available to us, at all, is to give up.
Being dependable
I am most grateful to my two children, my wife and partner, and this house for standing another year. I’m grateful for second chances. I’m grateful for the time I have with my parents, I am grateful for the technology that keeps me alive daily. While the sun is ours. . .
It is emotions that set up imbalances in our subtle energy body, or auric field. Uncleared, these emotions precipitate into the physical tissues where they express as dis-ease. We have been busy and distracted by extrinsic matters; we have missed another golden opportunity for genuine forgiveness and it’s time to consult our physicians. The residual frequencies of fear, resentment, and anger accumulate in our cells and can no longer go unnoticed and ignored.
Science is wonderful with...
Science is wonderful with what it can measure and quantify but all disease has energetic origins and spiritual implications. Without appreciation of our mental, emotional, and spiritual states of being our time here is spent as little more than biological robots that will soon be in need of repair and replacement.
We would recall, in an instance, where we left the keys to this incredible time machine we think of as Youniverse. Nothing we love is ever lost!
“Caterpillar sheds its skin to find the butterfly within” A moment of awe punches through years of accumulated guilt, shame, worry, and resentment; that underneath all the layers of sin and fear that make us sick and keep us from directly experiencing the magnificent Now we remain whole, complete, pristine, and the unwavering expressions of divine Love.
Probably chaos. Others have expectations of me so I have objectives today and those have strict schedules, unfortunately.
What I attached an expectation to yesterday happened and what I left free of expectation didn’t happen which lends evidence to the idea that expectation and manifestation are somehow linked; that there is an energy behind expectation which is more than simply the “design stage of our disappointments”
Cherish every moment even those you regretted Everything works out like it’s meant to, if you let it
Or, let it all go Either way, we live an illusion of fear and confusion. We are eternal, if you didn’t know.
We have always been together and always will. There’s nothing but love It’s all that’s real.

Is having my body free of this disgusting disease too much to ask, at this point, or is it enough to heal the life where diabetes has made it presence known? Nine times out of ten, chronic illness points back to a broken relationship and it is exactly that which interrupts my ability to integrate the sweetness of my life.
Great advice, Malag! I love the phrase “baked in” as opposed to my go-to, “hardwired”; operating from a perspective that every action, every outlook and choice is a brand new creation
As that cashier, I always ask and never assume to know what your life’s situation is by looking at you. I’d be happy to give you a hand out to your car, Ma’am.
Absolutely true, Mica. I understand this because I give up, I surrender on a pretty regular basis. Mostly when I’ve exhausted every way I can imagine to move toward progress and other times, because doing something no longer brings me joy or the objective is no longer practical. Absolutely true, Mica. I understand this because I give up, I surrender on a pretty regular basis. Mostly when I’ve exhausted every way I can imagine to move toward progress and other times, because doing something no longer brings me joy or the objective is no longer practical. Taking a break and gaining a different vantage of possibilities in the magnificent Now can sometimes be the key to refreshing our well of inspiration. The universe, the very universe that is secretly plotting our success, thereby questions our commitment to the goal.
I’m also into that barefoot thing. If you have suggestions on brands and designs of shoes you like, I’m all ears, Malag! Thanks in advance.
I hear this loud and clear, Sister. Many people in my situation will outlive our extremities. I’m rough on my feet. I engage in activities such as hiking and trail running, many barefoot, that make my medical support team cringe. Nothing quite like a hot sitz bath and a thick pair of wool socks.
Nurture a plant. Afterall, we work for them
