The breathing and gratitude ritual Kristi showed us has been very helpful. It has even popped up during the day and made me stop…and realise…I am grateful for that moment.(‘am’ should be underlined.)
So thank you! This ritual will probably continue.
Yes, Margie, Liz and Anna- I miss singing in our church choir, too, and catching up with church family after the service.( I think the music can reach the heart without being filtered by the head.)
‘Zoomed’ services have shown new skills and different people are able to use them, so I’m grateful for that.
A prayer for you, Jeannette, to make the right decision. How lovely that today’s practice has spotlit things for you.
Thank you, Kristi and thank you to all those who have commented. Very calming…and a lovely thought to realise that we are breathing with all that lives. May we be a place of calm as we move through the week together.
My friend Barbara, who died unexpectedly 2 years ago. It would have been her birthday today. She was always so accepting of me, and had a great sense of humour. She was the sort of person I could discuss anything with.
I thank God for letting me have Barbara as a friend.
