Gratefulness
Grateful everyday.
My dad. He has had to go through the most challenging times battling his neurological disease. He was stuck in the ICU for a month dealing with the hardest hit to his health. While I was basking in depression and losing any motivation to go on, he was gaining his strength back and never gave up! Now he’s back home with us and it proved to me that you cannot back down from life.
Tap into my creative mind and partake in activities that truly better the mind and body. Less time on social media and my phone.
I would write a thank you letter to my family. My parents and siblings have always been people I look up to and admire. I would thank them for continuously being there throughout all the highs and lows and truly showing me that I am not alone in this world.
