My meditation practise has made Gratitude feel important.
Prayer seems to be the one thing I am able to do matter how bad pain is or how grumpy and out of sorts I get.
When I get so frustrated with how little I am able to do I remind myself that praying for people helps them ( and me!)
I never, ever want to stop learning- it is what makes me want to grow.
Things are difficult for everyone at the moment, but i find the moments of Light feel even more special as a result. I find meaning in colour, kindness, friends and in my Faith.
I find meditating often helps me to see things with a more grateful heart – particularly on days when I’m ill or feeling negative emotions. Living in Now not in future dramas or past hurts. I fail very often, but i keep trying!
