Grateful for my 2 kids, 2 granddaughters, 2 brothers and their wives and step-families, granddog, friends, and Brother David
My dearest sweetest guinea pigs in the world – Brownie and Skippy. I did research on cholesterol-fed guinea pigs 50 yrs ago and am now working on my karma by giving these 2 long and loving care. Also my dear granddog Roger, a rescue dog from Tijuana, whose DNA is a total mix of breeds, because his ancestry is ancient – without modern breeding. A wonderful little brown dog like the dogs one sees in developing countries.

This was a wonderful question – the first one I can remember where I mostly read all of every answer! Thanks, gratefulness team –
Brother David has some good not-to-do’s in his letter to us
Thank you, Mark! I sent your post to my 9-yr-old granddaughter, who is into names like that – often containing something like Rainbow Unicorn. Enjoy!
‘hairy brother’ – thank you Antoinette!
Yes, Verena and sunnypatti and all! Science has recently come to the same conclusion, based on research showing that cats and dogs behave the same in a strange situation when their ‘person’ leaves and then returns.
What a lot of smiles for me in your post, Ed – thanks and hugs!
Yes, Pilgrim and all – Drew wrote a month ago that his seizures had never been medically confirmed, and they were going to find out what was wrong with his brain. I learned by clicking on Drew’s name, which led me to his previous posts. Warm wishes to you, Drew, and to all –
Hugs to you both – Patjos & Palm – too!
Indeed, Ose, it was a treat to read Brother David’s holiday letter.
Urusula Mothered Prayer Tuesdays! hugs –
Wow! Where is that, Cathy? Thanks!
Hi, Neighbor! I live in San Mateo. Hugs to you –
Warming – Yes! We are lucky, whose hearts can feel actual warmth and not just a figure of speech.
Wonderful! Sometimes it seems like we work too hard to be Spiritual here and leave out all our real-world lives.
Thank you, Verena! Hugs to you –
Stella monkey! She’s new to me, manda – what a cutie [I googled her] and I also love your comment about chasing your tail, or not. Hugs!
Actually, Verena, my dear son thought I loved him less than my new son-in-law, so I resonate greatly with today’s quote. I think he knows that he is indeed my most beloved man now.
Indeed, Mark! Anger is such a pain and so hard to deal with when it leaps up suddenly! Warm wishes to you –
Right on, Kathy! My 9-yr-old granddaughter was begging me to play with her last night, while I was loving interacting with my son as he cooked our dinner. ‘S-O-F-A!’ she spelled, patting the cushion beside her. ‘C-H-A-I-R’ I spelled to her, patting the bar chair beside me at the kitchen counter. She suggested a game, and we happily played Careers at the dining table where we could all interact happily together.
Thank you Cathy! for the wonderful reminder and cactus pic. Hugs –
Congrats! ‘Wonderful to come alive through work. My son gave me an AI book that brings me deep laughs – “You look like a thing and I love you. How Artificial Intelligence works and why it’s making the world a weirder place”
