Grateful in the moment.
Today I will visit my 90 year old father. We are blessed with a rekindled relationship, good health and gratefulness for both. He once said to me that my family gives him a reason to live. A simple visit will make his day. Doing good, if nothing else, is a reason for us all.
Even when I am not in the most optimistically hopeful spirit, I remind myself that God is in all things. So I look at the good and the not so good knowing that this is intended to bring me closer to God, where peace and love reign.
The Mercy God has for me and for all who seek it.
Call someone who you know is under duress from the Corona Virus situation and offer them some empathy.
Time to reflect, contemplate and pray for others
Time to embrace nature
Time to do for my family
