It felt like the start of something that could become really transformative. I started by practicing being grateful for just being able to walk, rather than taking it for granted. Then moved on to feeling appreciative of other things that crossed my mind and my path. This really worked and it felt so great to stroll around with this self-invoked sense of gratitude and awe — and relief from previous negative emotions. I have been wanting to create a gratefulness practice for some while already, but haven’t really been able to figure out how to make it work. Now this gratefulness walk really seemed to do the trick. Can’t wait to have another one!
