Humility in our shared humanity opens me to awe.
By holding myself in the same compassion in which I hold others.
That my past is my past and my future is my future.
Throughout the day I try to pause and reflect on the small things. A cup of coffee, a bagel for breakfast, the smile of a loved one, the purr of my cat , the beauty of the large oak by my driveway. When my mind becomes still my heart becomes gratitude.
I find it hard to honor the beauty of others if I am not first honoring my own beauty.
To consistently honor the beauty of others I need a positive Spirit and an open mind.
Creativity, compassion, community, healing, and humor.
Be well. Offer peace to myself and others.
Community brings me strength, compassion, and laughter.
To my sister for her support and her sense of humor.
Deep breathing and prayer help me open my heart when it is closed. I am not sure how to communicate this to a person I have had my heart closed to, but sometimes the situation seems to shift.
My family for helping me stay positive.
Curiosity and also my love of animals.
Be respectful and speak from the Heart.
Reflection and Intention.
