Gratefulness
“Accept the things I cannot change”…..feelings that I constantly struggle with but need my honest exploration and acceptance.
A whole new world of others reality.
Living from a place of love allows me to be free in my heart and soul, whereas a place of fear restricts and closes doors with its unknown.
Today I will thank everyone.
Life is too short……enjoy every moment.
This new day…….
Gratefulness enables me to see the abundance of all that I am and all that I have, giving me great strength and courage to live in the present.
Today I will show more appreciation for my body by eating well, exercising, meditating, living in the present moment and being truly grateful for all that my body does for me.
Good health, happiness, strength, courage, peace, love, faith and safety for all.
By freeing my heart from hatred, freeing my mind from worries, expecting less and enjoying every moment.
A new day with endless possibilities and opportunities.
Walking a local beach on New Year’s day….. enjoying the cool, fresh ocean breeze, reviving all of our senses for the new year to come.
I’m waiting for new doors to open and a light to shine on the path that I need to take in this new year.
I will cherish this day by living in the present with an open heart and soul and being truly grateful for my multitude of blessings.
Solitude teaches me to be my own best friend.
I have learned that I posses more inner strength and courage than I ever imagined possible.
The safety and well-being of my children and grandchildren.
Free my heart from hatred. Free my mind from worries. Live simply. Give more. Expect less and enjoy every moment.
Children….as they show us how to live simply, love unconditionally, learn always and laugh more.
Trust….I need to hold it close to my heart and believe in it fully during this holiday season and always.
