My new role as a caregiver has opened my world to many new and challenging experiences…..all pushing me out of my comfort zone and showing me my true inner strength and courage, wisdom and knowledge.
By sharing all that I am and all that I have, gracefully.
Mental health, both n challenging times and during peaceful seasons.
Walk beside them and be their friend.
By living in the present and holding it close to my heart always.
Gratefulness enables me to let go of the past and to heal in the present
Patience is a virtue.
A wonderful phone call from my grandchildren….pure joy!
Free my heart from hatred. Free my mind from worries. Live simply. Give more. Expect less and enjoy every moment.
Accept the things that I cannot change.
Gratefulness wraps around the heart and provides a feeling of warmth and protection, an experience I feel often
A Great Dane named Cole….a “gentle giant” who is kind, caring, protective and provides unconditional love always. Definitely a “hidden gem” with a human soul.
By the ocean in the sea breeze with the sunrise bringing a new day. Nature’s power at its finest.
Early morning coffee while watching the sunrise and welcoming this new day with endless possibilities and opportunities.
Hold tight to my faith during challenging times and remain grateful for all that I have and all that I am.
My children and grandchildren always.
I am understanding the importance of community and am realizing that I exist with the help of family and friends. I need to keep them all close to my heart.
Daily I share freely all that I have and all that I am, while living my life in gratitude.
My beautiful children and grandchildren.
I will ease others distress by walking beside them and lending my hand..
Stay connected to the community by adding people to your list.
