Gratefulness
I am inspired by this article. ‘The more present we are to the moment and circumstances at hand, the more likely we are to be incessantly surprised’ ..so living in the moment is likely the first step to seeking more meaning in our everyday life. I truly appreciate learning about the Grateful Practice. Thank you, Kristi
I assist some refugees families with their food shopping. One lady in particular is a ‘hidden gem’ with her attitude and appreciation of the help she receives. She is so delightful!
I find being in nature delightful, the beautiful, hilly mountains and countryside, beside the ocean; the flower gardens. Viewing a new moon is fascinating too.
