The most important thing at this moment is that I stay focused on all I have to do today, That I keep a positive attitude, come from a place of gratitude and not succumb to all the negativity that exists in the world.
I am grateful that I had a good retina eye exam in my right eye today. My vision is back to 20/20. It was 20/40 and I needed a series of shots in my eye over a few months to correct the problem. No shot today!
I have two people in my life who suffer with chronic illness. One is a mental illness and the other is a debilitating disease. Whenever I think I’m having a difficult day I’m reminded of these two amazing women who struggle each day try to do some of life’s simplest tasks.
Today was an easy going day. But everyone I connected with throughout my day showed kindness. Whether it was with a smile or helpful act or just being a friend, my day was filled with gentle kindness.
Thank you fellow Diane. Nice to meet you!
