I can’t even begin to list all the many ways I am fortunate. I have been given a life of blessings, love, family and friends who mean everything to me, a soul mate and twin flame who still lives eternally within my soul even though he passed on many years ago. A home I love and cherish and my pets who fill my life with joy everyday. ?✨
The most important thing at this moment is that I stay focused on all I have to do today, That I keep a positive attitude, come from a place of gratitude and not succumb to all the negativity that exists in the world.
I have two people in my life who suffer with chronic illness. One is a mental illness and the other is a debilitating disease. Whenever I think I’m having a difficult day I’m reminded of these two amazing women who struggle each day try to do some of life’s simplest tasks.
Today was an easy going day. But everyone I connected with throughout my day showed kindness. Whether it was with a smile or helpful act or just being a friend, my day was filled with gentle kindness.
