When I pause – I create space for the “breath”. That breath washes over the anger and creates more space for grounded thoughts and maybe even compassion and/or forgiveness. In those few moments the “breath” can literally change everything.
My experience with forgiveness has been both as the forgiven and the forgiver. As the forgiven, I have learned that forgiving myself is the very first and most important aspect of being forgiven. As the forgiver, it doesn’t mean that the other has “gotten away with something” or that what took place was somehow “ok”. Forgiving another is one of the most liberating gifts one can give themselves. Forgiveness – true forgiveness – can be a process. It takes work, but like meditat...

Focus more on developing healthy habits for my body – daily exercise, better nutrition.
Aliveness is something that comes from within – a deep sense of being.. Energy is focused in the gut. It is a “feeling”.
Liveliness is the outward expression of that “aliveness”. Liveliness is the “action” – the energy expressed outside of oneself.
