Floating in the jacuzzi-
beneath spring sunshine,
blue sky and singing birds
At the end of the day
Feeds my soul
A warm spring evening
And soft light closing the day
The enduring vastness of the landscape.
I feel so small and impermanent.
At the end of a beautiful spring day –
soft light dying
Possibilities for a new phase of life.
Here I am – somewhere between ocean and moon, somewhere between lost and found, Zee zahava. I love the images of the ocean and the moon especially combined. They conjure up such majesty and beauty and I love the reminder that I’m part of this and the it reminds me of the pain (lost) and beauty (found) of the human experience and my experience.
I’m a day behind with this as I spent all of yesterday in a&e with chronic back pain, collapse and vomiting. Thankfully I’m a bit improved today and reading this reflection from yesterday I think well – the blessing of this experience is about respecting my body more, slowing down and being. I have no choice at the moment and I’m happy to embrace the stillness right now ?
Thank you, Julie. I do feel a lot better, thankfully ?? Thank you for asking.
