This too shall pass.
I am my true being —- beautiful and free.
The spirit of life kindled deep inside each one of us despite this pandemic.
Be kind to yourself and others. And while in the midst of this pandemic it might be difficult, do remember and entrust that, ‘This too shall pass.’
Gratefulness is an expression of my love for others, myself, sentient beings, nature and much, much more. It provides me, when fully open, for the banishment of fear and the budding courage that ensues. Let it go and see the transformation.
Today, May 6th, the daily word resonates so strongly for and with me. Yes, enjoy/embrace the ordinary ~~~ the extraordinary will take care of itself.
Breathing in consciously and deeply and exhaling slowly. It is my realization that all life is a blessing ~~~ a miracle ~~~ if I allow myself to ‘be’.
By getting back on my Pilates’ mat after a long hiatus. I have more than good intentions today; I have resolve. I am eternally grateful that my body still bends and stretches, my mind appears charging on all cylinders and my soul is ever present with the grace of God.
Be more awestruck in the moment. Enjoy my kitty. Enjoy my solitude. Enjoy contemplation. Enjoy learning. Love myself and allow life to unfold as it does and put fear aside to the best of my God-given abilities.
Pausing before I respond or react. Definitely something I need to improve upon.
Pilgrim: Same here!
Michele: Take care. You are in my thoughts.
Andy: How elegantly and poetically written. Thank you.
Eddie: I love the truth and simplicity of your ‘share’. It reminds me on a morning when I needed this oft-times forgotten nourishment of acceptance of self and all others. Thank you.
Thank you, Pollyanna.
pkr~~beautiful imagery. I too gazed up at the almost full moon last night in awe and wonder. Mother Nature is so amazingly ‘fantabulous’!
Paula: Absolutely. What I would give for a hug right about now!
Happy Birthday, Kevin. Enjoy the big 7~O! Thank you for your daily posts sharing your wisdom, your wit and your love of life. Here’s to a happy day!
Michele: Rest up and may you feel better in the morning….
