Sometimes i get coached from the people around me.
My heart based practices have been a grate comfort for me. I feel i have reached a turninb point in which i’m more heart than hate.
It depends upon the situation, but “first do no harm” sounds like a good determination.
I would say i love the chlorophyll green the most.the green that sucks up the sun and gives it back to us in nourishment
When i acknowledge my gratitudes to my email group.
My whole attitude! Lots of hormonal changes and good endorphins would flow in and through me.
Having enough food to eat. A couple places to eat, internet.
My ex is highly successful at what he does. It has to do with the fact that he loves his work.
I would say a friend of mine who is always seems contented with simple things.
Gives me hope that things can get better. Maybe i begin to realize that things are not as bad as they seem.
Just looking at a nature scene can relax me and relieve me from a lot of mental chatter.
Listening to nature sounds does the same thing.
The world around me and my willingness to accept certain people things and situations.
Been told i have a good sense of humor.
I’ve lived a lot of different places, and had a lot of different homes so to speak. My real home is inside myself.
