By sharing the gratefulness “attitude”. Volunteering as well.
By receiving a dental referral from someone today. And also my ex took me on a long ride today out of the kindness of his heart.
Attempting to get more into community. To express.
Have a good long conversation on a regular basis. Check in on them regularly. Perhaps run some errands.
Through the acceptance of multiple possibilities.
That i don’t have to respond to everything or everybody.
My ex got the liner of my winter coat redone.
to keep goin’. Don’t stop.
My electronic devices always fill me with awe because of the way they work. The way my car is able to work. The knowledge that some people on the planet have and the way they apply it.
Do a little shadow work, so i won’t get so angry at the acquiescence of a lot of people.
I feel relief. And more relaxed
An unafraid raccoon walked right up to me when i was sitting in the woods the other day.
Being in regions with a lot of mountains and valleys. Awe inspiring.
There are always good things going on. It is very difficult for me to find the good things and can take some time, but since i know ahead of time that the good things are there i keep trying.
Getting involved, offering service
Always thinking, imagining positive future events. Helps to keep me out of depressions.
With some people the distance is decreasing because of certain societal views and perceptions.
By finding commonalities, maybe similar interests.
Don’t know because i’ve given voice to all that i know of.
