That myself and other creatures survive and thrive and develop sovereignty.
My ex husbands courage has inspired me. He goes of on assignments everyday with a set of instructions not knowing what he’s going to come up against a lot of times. It’s not something most people can do.
I’d like to move beyond the gloom and doom belief; and believe that i can rather than i can’t. This would require a lot of discipline on my part. Maybe a lot of reflection.

I guess one of my favorite perspectives is “this too shall pass”.
I do things like pick up trash that’s left in the street and put it into a garbage can.
