Gratefulness
Going about my business without fear and nervous anticipation
Having the support of good people around me. Having a decent amount of money and resources.
By not complaining so much.
Paul and kevin. In ways too numerous to keep track of.
The Night time is the right time. Calm and reflect.
A hot tub treatment woukd be good
Try to give in a little and open myself to a few changes.
How easily people can be controlled without knowing what they are doing has any validity.
The photos that are sometimes posted on telegram. I’ve been sending them out to people more often.
It seems that more positive events come my way when i practice gratitude
I guess i’m not too influenced by present day totalitarianism. When seeing other cultures and the totalitarian measures and governments at war with their own people it makes me grateful.
To be understood, respected, and accepted.
Thriving, giving.
When i recall this sort of thing i recall being a part of it.
One time i was in a supermarket and the people behind me paid my grocery bill because i forgot to bring my credit card.
Green–life, sun, health.
By being honest and communicative about what’s going on. Making referrals and noncompliance with behaviors i know are wrong.
I had a music teacher that inspired me to study music in college. He loved it so much he made me love it.
Service, i suppose. I try to help out whenever i can. Instead of complaining about having to do this or that, i think of it as service and my attitude changes somewhat.
By breathing deeply and focusing on the heart.
