I think of this guy named david at a zoom meeting. Don’t know how i can let him know except maybe he’ll be on the next one and i could send him a chat
It makes me feel like i have less of a persecution complex.
People around me
Seems like a big task. Don’t know. It seems that this would require an understanding of where we are headed and i don’t think anyone knows this.
Service- helping out when needed. Gratitude is the hardest, so i just keep writing.
Don’t know the difference but being grateful might require some sort of action
Maybe that time is different from what i thought it was.
A big fight last night ending with apologies. I feel better.

Not knowing about my own safety and wellbeing
A kind smile, civility.
I’d have a lot of opportunities
😊 and new adventures, expand my horizons, learn what is there that i didn’t know about before.
Any practice that gets more oxygen into the body like exercise. Talking with others always helps.
Good food. Connecting with good people. I love nature too. I also like to be the queen bee.
How do i know it? Must be those chemicals that start to swim around in my head when these things happen.
