Today, I will shift to the present moment rather than concentrate on the past or the unforeseen future. I have a TV set in my mind. I’m either watching “reruns” from the past and feel badly, or I’m watching “coming attractions” or what I call the “what if” channels. Good news is that I can focus on the blessings of the present moment channel, using solitude, silence, and compassion by meditating. Blessings and love, David
