Michele, I am so sorry for your loss, your son’s loss as well as Josh’s family’s loss. Over the years, I have been through this with three friends. Any death of a loved one is heartbreaking, but when it’s by suicide, there are also those terribly life-changing questions we pose ourselves: Why? Why didn’t I see it coming? What could I have done to help? They burn like a fire in our hearts and spirit, and yet in time, we realize that for the most part, they will remain unanswerable. Please consider yourself and your son hugged and loved, and know that you are thought of in this time of grief.
