When I have stepped outside of an evening and saw the exquisite beauty of a crescent moon with a star beside it! I have seen this really quite a lot… Maybe I forget how gorgeous it is! I feel really surprised by joy every time I see this, (there are so many (millions) of ways I could have answered this question… Love and Blessings to all
My morning coffee!
My partner is very different to me and as such I get to understand perceptions that I would never even had thought about! At first this was really uncomfortable but now I appreciate how it incredibly broadens my own outlook…
I really don’t know… I know how to to challenge myself, I know how to forgive myself… .I know how to eat well, exercise and when to say no… hmmm this one will need some refelection! It could be when I am being grateful because a softness a tenderness then seems to arise… so perhaps when I am in a state of gratitude!
I sit absolutely still and silent. Many times something, a telephone call, a book, a friend with a gift, a healing
something often turns up to assist, bless and guide me on my way. The silence calms the storm.

This morning, I got out of bed and met reality, (as opposed to trying to bend and twist my delusions to a fantasised form of reality) with as much acceptance as I could muster and Grace lovingly provided!
By choosing the practise of gratefulness and forgiveness. By choosing the practise of meditation over rumination! Blessings to one and all!
Everytime I meditate, pray and broadcast love/gratitude to the world I am allowing my light of healing and blessing to shine…
I can change the way I think so that patterns that no longer serve me or those I interact with can be let go of to create space for more beneficial thoughts and actions to flourish.
That is amazing. I haven’t seen a humming bird since I lived in Nth America 25 years ago! To think they land on your hand that is so beautiful!
