Gratefulness
I hope this will help me and all involved to deal with emotional problems and realize what we have all lost. I hope the tears are stepping stones to joy. I hope to gain faith and strength as we get through this devastation. Loving more and hating and blaming less.
I see a beautiful sky and gorgeous trees. I will try to live in the moment and not get ahead of myself. I will try to not be anxious about all my worries and fears for others and the future. I will be positive and have faith today. I will be hopeful for good things to come. I will try to accept Grace though I am not worthy.
My anxiety lessens and I savor the time I have to do the things that I need to do and want to do…
