Gratefulness
I was very inspired by this story this video. It speaks to me of patience, hope, and gratitude for the small yet large things in life. Finding someone to love brings out our love and our life feels worth living. Whether it is a pet or the birds in the yard. Loving is life. I need to make peace with the past. I was very inspired by this story this video. It speaks to me of patience, hope, and gratitude for the small yet large things in life. Finding someone to love brings out our love and our life feels worth living. Whether it is a pet or the birds in the yard. Loving is life. I need to make peace with the past. Life is too short and precious to spend it with regrets and remorse about the past. “I cannot change the past but I can make peace with it.” I also have too many posessions (which posess me). Simple living and gratitude for my breath, my eyes, ears, mouth, hands, brain and heart. Cool breezes, shade, a slice of bread. My father always said that he needed only one knife, fork, spoon, glass, bowl, and cup. When I need to have more gratitude, I think of refugees with no home, no heat, no fresh water. Then I realize the countless blessings I have. Thank you for this. I am grateful.
Wow. That is such a good expression. I dont “deal” with grief. It might be taken the “spiritual bypass.” It is possibly still sitting quietly at the table. A course a miracle says that if death were real then God would be cruel. Thich Nhat Hahn says death is not the enemy. Look inside it is happening all the time. Tara Brach recently has a good podcast on grief. Heaven or Hell is in my mind in past or future. Thinking is hell.
