Seeing things as they are and clarity of mind. Establishing a morning and evening routine. Dharma. Even being truthful concerning what I want. Letting go of what no longer serves me and purging. Unearthing and planting watering and pruning…growing. Finding joy in the journey…love and peace. No stress...
