Gratefulness
I wear more colors. The extra, especially bright, colors seem to make people smile.
Never stop learning Never stop asking questions Never stop exploring other angles or possibilities Never think you know it all Listen, even when you disagree
Don’t hold back. If you feel inspired, full speed ahead.
My body is teaching me that everything is connected and listening to my body will not mean I will understand what it is saying or that I will know what to do with that information.
By knowing nothing is really random; it’s more of a domino affect. Which domino are you?
We are spoiled by the bike and walking paths. Can’t or don’t want to drive to the mountains? That’s OK. There are enough hidden gems that make you forget you are still in the city.
Within each and everyone of us.
More gets done, more gets taught, more gets shared; less push back, less excuses, less people get left behind. We also means more communication, more compromising and less “that’s not my job” or “do we have to do that”. I try the we, but the whole group needs to buy in. Less passive aggressiveness and less blame game. I would love more we, but there are too many I out there, so I end up going it alone and ask for validation so they are still in the loop. I end up...

I end up pushing through the discouragement and criticism just to be be praised (or taken for granted) later or they getting mad, because they think they have to put in the same effort. Unfortunately, I am pushed to do more I, hoping they appreciate it later, just for them to claim the credit and publicly say it was we.
Not today, because they day is over, but by the end of the month, cross-country skiing.
There was a guy I met at a church we were both invited to. Because of his enthusiasm, I got back into physical activies.
The feeling of “why?”.
A completely different world view.
Clean it regularly.

I don’t have any. Most of my traditions are religious-based, and those were inconsistently applied.
I am waiting for that push.
My father’s heart was, because it was his birthday.
The most recent was on Friday. I was running behind schedule. Not only was the student willing to get my client while I was finishing up a client, she helped that client return more comfortably. I caught up on my schedule because of her, instead of running in a continuous deficit.
