Gratefulness
My strength of resilience is my greatest gift. I hope I can share whatever I have which to help others be free and happy. Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all of you ! Peace and joy to you all. May you be well and May you be happy. 🙏
The weather is shifting in transformation all the time. Similarly, my heart is also in the process of transformation.
The joy in this moment is enjoying the peace right here right now. Allowing space between all kinds of thoughts, feelings, ideas and opinions to flow along not attaching or pushing anything away. Let it be .
The special place I like to visit is the present moment because it’s the only place where we can truly live and respond to whatever is occurring. When I am present awareness helps me to make virtuous choices. With awareness I can watch thoughts, feelings, like a spy and pick what I want to see more of like joy and gratefulness.
The insight gained from adversity and pain astonishes me. Just when you take something for granted along comes something we don’t like or we don’t want and wham ! How do you respond ? Coming out of three days of migraines again somehow always teaches me something new or re- teaches me what I may have forgotten. Like simply enjoying a cup of coffee in the present moment while is raining and windy outside! Knowing I need to go out with the dog but looking forward to every step in grat...

Coming out of three days of migraines again somehow always teaches me something new or re- teaches me what I may have forgotten. Like simply enjoying a cup of coffee in the present moment while is raining and windy outside! Knowing I need to go out with the dog but looking forward to every step in gratitude. Walking just to walk and appreciating my breathing. We forget what we take for granted until of course we no longer have it. The mind astonishes me!
I try to start my day out with waking up to gratitude. Wake up and appreciate the fact that I am breathing. This helps me remember that life if full of wonder. Life is a miracle and yes it’s a mystery. It’s so easy to get on the mind track of negativity but gratitude helps me to come back to seeing the goodness in life.
I can love and let go gratefully by true understanding of what love is. We can’t take anyone or anything with us so love is clearly about understanding and letting go. Love with a big open heart full of compassion about the true nature of reality. And I agree with others who have said this is not easy to do! Humans grasp and push away often- we want and we don’t want. Perhaps loving gratefully has to do with love without expectations as well. We know and understand our ...

My three lovely boys, friends, and family add delight to my life. The small things in life add delight to my life like being able to notice the lights of the tea lights warm the room. Feeling at home and relaxed adds delight to my life. I’m grateful for being reminded to paying attention to delight.
The attitude of gratitude helps me lean into life as it is. Looking for the good in the current moment helps me lean into the way life is.
I turn to my inner refuge in the dharma/truth. I turn to teachings of truth and love for inspiration and insight. I really appreciate brother David and his insights into truth and love. I’m grateful for this sight and all the wonderful people here.
Fresh eyes would help me get through the pain and suffering from this migraine.
Thanks Pam that’s a lovely way to wake up being joyful. Enjoy 😉
